Nursing education is a journey. It is my goal to serve as a guide during this adventure and to inspire students to learn the art and science of nursing through the utilization of active learning strategies as well as psychomotor, technological, and traditional teaching modalities. In doing this, I hope to instill core nursing values all while encouraging critical thinking, clinical judgment, reasoning, and life-long learning.
