The Holy Family experience thrives because of the mission that daily infuses all decision-making processes and motivates those who work here. For the continued success of the University, we find it critical that all employees understand and live out this mission, modeling it to our students. This implies that we provide clear and regular communication about mission to all constituents, effective orientation and evaluation practices for employees and board members, and ongoing reflection about what living out this mission means.
