COUN 532 Assessment of Social and Emotional Behavior (3 credits)
Prerequisites: An undergraduate course in statistics or permission of the Program Director or designee.
Reviews basic testing theory and explores the psychometric problems associated with the assessment of social and emotional behavior. Students will become familiar with some of the testing instruments commonly used to assess social and emotional behavior. Emphasis will be placed on interpretation of assessment results and critical thinking in assessment.
