EDDC 803 Organizational Development and Change Theory (3 credits)
Develops an understanding of the multiple approaches to the study of organizations and centers on organizational theory in the explanation of structure, change, and behavior. Provide models to facilitate change to improve organizational effectiveness. Theoretical models underlying all organizations and their implications in higher education are examined.
