EDUC 589 Seminar in School Leadership (3 credits)
Serves as a culminating experience which will reflect the student’s synthesis and integration of knowledge and performances in the Educational Leadership Program as well as the successful development of the personal goals and needs identified in EDUC 580. This course is intended to be taken during the semester prior to graduation. Students must complete all other courses in the Leadership Program prior to taking the course. The students will be expected to present a formal paper and their completed professional portfolio to their advisor and to representatives in the School of Education. Along with a GPA of 3.0 and the successful completion of a practicum in the field, this experience will serve as the exit criteria for the program.
