NURS 102 Nursing, Health, and the Environment

This course introduces the student to the concepts of health, humankind, the environment, and nursing. It is designed to provide the student with opportunities to explore and think critically about nursing’s concern for the quality of human life. The nurse’s role in the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health, and prevention of disease, and injury are explored.
