Special Needs Accommodations

Holy Family University, in an effort to meet the needs of its graduating students and their families and friends, will provide special accommodations for the ceremony. These accommodations include reserved seating for persons with physical challenges or hearing impairments. A sign language interpreter will sign throughout the ceremonies.

Preferred seating is available only to the graduate’s special need guest and the person who will assist and remain with the special need guest throughout the ceremony. Graduates should make requests for special needs seating on the response form, which should be returned by Friday, April 18. Graduates with questions concerning tickets for guests who are physically challenged should contact Tiffany Youngblood at (267) 341-3207.

The Kimmel Center is wheelchair accessible from both its east (Broad Street) and north (Spruce Street) entrances. Wheelchair accessible elevators serve all levels. Wheelchair accessible seat locations are available throughout Verizon Hall. Restrooms are ADA-compliant and are available on all levels. Assisted listening devices are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests in need of listening devices should inquire with the house management upon arrival.
