Who we are....
The
Counseling Center consists of behavioral health professionals who can assist
you with consultation, short-term individual counseling, and referral assistance. We
also serve as a resource to students seeking help
for a friend, and for faculty and staff seeking information on how
to refer a student for assistance.

Diana
received both her master of arts in Psychology and doctorate degree in
Clinical and Health Psychology from MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia.
She received her bachelor of arts in Psychology from Temple University
and studied at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, specializing in
child development psychology. She has experience working with university
students and expertise working in the mental health and substance abuse
prevention and treatment fields with young children, adolescents, young
adults, adults, and families.
Dr. Piperata is a current member of the American Psychological Association, American
Counseling Association, PA Counseling Association, PA College Counseling Association,
NASPA, Consortium of Small College Counseling Centers, and Amethyst Network. Diana
is also commissioned as a catechist for St. Katherine of Siena parish and volunteers
as a soccer and baseball coach for the Philadelphia Department
of Recreation and Archdiocese CYO programs.
Zoe Ann Gingold, MA, Disability Coordinator

Zoe received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware
and her Master of Arts degree in Education from Rosemont College. She
worked for the U.S. Department of Education for many years in the Office for
Civil Rights. Her experience includes knowledge of discrimination laws
with respect to educational institutions, with an expertise in disability services.
At Holy Family, Zoe works with students who are eligible to receive services
under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act
of 1990. Zoe chairs the Holy Family University Disability Eligibility
Committee and periodically provides on-campus disability awareness, as well
as harassment and civil rights training for faculty and staff.
