Consultation
Students meet with a professional counselor for a brief consultation to determine which services are most appropriate for their present concerns.  Following the consultation, students are provided with recommendations for services on-campus and in the community in which they live.

Individual Counseling & Referrals
Short-term individual counseling and referral assistance are available to students at the discretion of the counselor.  The Counseling Center offers individual and periodic group counseling, stress management and relaxation training, tips for managing test anxiety, and other support for academic and life concerns.

Workshops
The Counseling Center offers workshops on topics of interest to students at Holy Family University. Check with the Counseling Center or the campus calendar for current topics and dates.

Choosing a Major & Vocational Interest Assessment
The Counseling Center, often in collaboration with the Careers Center, offers personality and vocational assessment tools designed to assist students with making good decisions regarding their major area of study and career choices. Utilizing tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, students can begin making decisions about choosing a major and career path in line with their personality style and long-term goals.
