2014-2015 Application for Named Scholarships
** for CURRENT Holy Family University Students ONLY **
All students who wish to be considered for a Named Scholarship must complete and submit an application by Monday, December 2, 2013. It is imperative that applications are submitted in complete accordance with the application guidelines. Applications that are received late or incomplete will not be considered. There are no exceptions. If you have any questions, please contact the Development Office at 267-341-5005.
2014-2015 Scholarship Moderator Form
Students involved in campus activities must arrange for their Club Moderators to complete this form on their behalf. It is the student’s responsibility to provide this form to their club moderator by Friday, November 15, 2013, to ensure that the form is submitted to the Development Office by the December 2nd deadline.
Student applicants please note: It is the responsibility of the University’s Institutional Scholarship Selection Committee to match Named Scholarship applicants to the scholarships.
