Name/Address/Phone Number Changes

Name changes must be made in-person at the Registrar’s Office in Holy Family Hall Room 205. Original documentation must be presented at the time of change for verification purposes. The Registrar’s Office will make a copy of the original for our records.

Address and phone number changes may be made through Web Advisor and in-person in the Registrar’s Office.
