My students are responsible for a majority of their own learning experience, as I assign a research paper that applies the core knowledge areas of each course. Reading the business press and research is highly encouraged, as is in-class contributions based on the students’ research paper and research articles.

Research interests include organizational learning, strategy in dynamic environments, alliances and alliance portfolios, and entrepreneurship. Prior teaching experience includes Fairleigh Dickinson University, Pace University, Kutztown University, and Montclair State University. Startup and venture experience includes executive positions with a notification services company, a national two-way voice/data service company, and BellSouth/RAM Mobile Data, the first wireless email and mobile data service in the US. Prior experience includes founding Partner of NorthEast Ventures, senior consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and executive positions with United Technologies and AT&T.
