Helpful Registration Information
All undergraduate students are required to see an advisor in order to select your classes and have the faculty advising hold removed. Graduate students in the Counseling Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Nursing programs are required to see an advisor and obtain a signature to register for, add or drop classes. You are responsible for registering only for those courses for which you have been advised. Please check with the Business Office to be sure your account is in good standing to avoid registration difficulties.
Counseling Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Nursing students must have the signature of their advisor to add or drop courses.
In-person registration and add/drop is held in the Registrar's Office at the Northeast campus in Holy Family Hall Room 205 or at the Newtown Campus, main desk.
Students are not permitted to drop to zero credits on WebAdvisor. To execute a complete drop of all courses students must come to the Registrar's Office (HFH, Room 205) or the front desk at the Newtown Campus.
Please note that late-drop cannot be done online. You must late-drop in the Registrar's Office (HFH Room 205) or the front desk at the Newtown Campus. Please be careful to adhere to all published drop/withdrawal dates and guidelines.
You may experience difficulty accessing the system between the hours of 2am and 5am daily due to system maintenance. If so, please try accessing the system at another time.
Important Notice for Education Students:
All Education course offerings, to date, both graduate and undergraduate, are now available on Web Advisor. The Education courses have been assigned new descriptors (for example, SPED is now EDSP) effective with the Fall 2010 semester. Click here to find the list of New/Old Education Course Numbers. We appreciate your patience and wish to assure you that we are working to complete these revisions as quickly as possible. Please be assured that these course revisions do not affect current Education students. Shuttle Information: The administration of Holy Family University has put into service shuttles which will be used to transport students to and from the parking lot of the University's Bensalem (formerly Woodhaven) site. We encourage you to park at the Bensalem (formerly Woodhaven) site and shuttle back and forth to class when parking on the main campus is full. The current shuttle schedule can be found on the Department of Safety and Security webpage.
