Program Overview
The Business Administration program prepares graduates to function effectively in a wide variety of settings in the business environment. The curriculum includes a foundation in the liberal arts, traditional business courses, and a concentration.  Concentrations are designed to accommodate the diverse interests and career paths of students while offering a comprehensive understanding of a specific area.

Courses require students to become actively engaged in the learning process through critical reflection, oral and written communication, and a rigorous curiosity. Acknowledging students' work and life experiences as contributions they bring to the classroom, the courses ask students to make use of their work knowledge to meet course goals and complete the learning cycle by applying the skills they have learned in the classroom at their work places.

Each course meets once a week, for four hours or online for five weeks. Course modules and textbooks are obtained in advance in order to complete the required reading and written assignments for the first class meeting.
