Holy Family University is an accreditated private,

 co-ed, 4-year residential university.


Holy Family University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education*, and the Joint Review Committee of Education in Radiologic Technology (20 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 2850, Chicago, IL 60606-3182; 312-704-5300;

Traditional graduate and undergraduate programs offered from the School of Business are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (this accreditation does not apply to the undergraduate and graduate business degrees offered through the Division of Extended Learning).

Teacher certification programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels are approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Education.

Holy Family has also been approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners, the Veterans Administration, and New York State Regents, and is a member of the American Association for Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE) and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN).
