Holy Family University is pleased to announce five new additions to the Board of Trustees. With expertise in corporate America, healthcare, and CSFN initiatives, the new trustees are a diverse group that will continue to move forward with the governance of the University.
With more than 20 years’ experience as a healthcare executive, Susan Adams joins Holy Family University’s Board of Trustees as the current Corporate Director of Credentialing for AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies. She previously served as Director of Provider Relations at Coventry Health Care in Newark, Delaware and as Director of Quality at ProgenyHealth, Inc. in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, among other roles throughout her career. Adams has held distinguished positions ranging from credentialing, provider relations, and quality management. She also is the Owner of Silver Lining, a small, independent start-up jewelry consultant business located in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
Adams earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Neumann College. She currently resides in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
Sister Janice Fulmer, CSFN
During her more than 50 years of service, Sister Janice Fulmer has served as the Director of Mount Nazareth Learning Center, as Superior General of the Congregation, and Director of Nazareth Family Services, among other distinguished roles. Her most recent role was as the Executive Director of The Community at Holy Family Manor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. S. Fulmer was honored in 2015 with the Manifesting the Kingdom Award from the Diocese of Pittsburgh, with an Honorary Degree of Humane Letters from Holy Family University in 2009, as the first recipient of the annual Virginia Axline Award for exceptional work with children in 1990. She was also named a Gladys Branegan Fellow in 1989, and was named a special appointee as consultant to the Bishop for the study of secondary education in 1985.
Fulmer has earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Family Studies from Ohio State University, a Master of Arts in Formative Spirituality from Duquesne University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Carlow College. S. Fulmer currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Daniel P. Kilcoyne
Daniel Kilcoyne currently serves as the President of Mini Melts USA, Inc. in Norwich, Connecticut and as the President of Mini Melts of America, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with additional offices located in Atlanta, GA; Orlando Florida; Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX. Kilcoyne has been presented the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Good Citizenship Award, Philadelphia City Council Good Citizenship Award, and was an honoree for the Business Leaders of Catholic Schools. Kilcoyne is a member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, World Waterpark Association, International Association of Trampoline Parks, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Union League of Philadelphia.
Kilcoyne currently serves as an Executive Board Member for Friends of Father Judge, Inc., and as a Limited Jurisdiction Board Member for Father Judge High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Management-Marketing from Holy Family University in 2004 and currently resides in Philadelphia.
Sister Thea Krause, CSFN
Sister Thea Krause is a nurse practitioner and ethicist at James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania, serving since 2007. She also is an adjunct faculty member at Saint Francis University in Loreto, Pennsylvania and as a guest lecturer for the Consortium Ethics Program at the University of Pittsburgh. S. Krause has been honored with the Department of VA Secretary’s Award for Excellence in Nursing in 2016, Who's Who in American Nursing in 1990, Bristol Myers Fellowship in Oncology Nursing in 1990, and Who's Who in Women Executives in 1989.
Krause has received a Doctor of Humane Letters from Holy Family University; Doctor of Philosophy in Health Care Ethics from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; a Master of Science in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in Cardio-Pulmonary Nursing from University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Master of Science in Nursing in Clinical Nurse Specialist: Oncology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio; and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She currently resides Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Sister M. Celine Warnilo, CSFN
Sister M. Celine Warnilo currently serves on the CSFN Provincial Chapter Planning Committee, acts as the Mission and Ministry Accountant, and is on the Investment Board for Operations and Retirement, among other distinguished duties in the congregation. S. Warnilo has served as the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for Holy Family University, Chairperson for the Board of Trustees at Nazareth Academy High School, Chairperson for the Board of Trustees at Nazareth Academy Grade School, Chairperson for the Board of Trustees at St. Mary’s Villa for Children and Families, Board of Trustees for Development at Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, Board of Trustees for Holy Family Institute, and on the Board of Trustees at Nazareth Hospital.Warnilo received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Holy Family University in 1974. She continued her education at West Chester University, earning a Master of Education degree in secondary education. In 2008, S.
