The School of Business Administration (SBA) honored eight individuals with seven awards during the SBA Graduate Reception, held at the University’s Bensalem location on Thursday, May 10.
“The Annual Graduate Reception is a fantastic opportunity for us to recognize the achievements of our most successful students with their family and friends,” said Dr. Barry Dickinson, Dean of the School of Business Administration. “I am extremely proud of this year's award recipients. They have demonstrated that they possess the leadership skills, devotion to service, and business acumen necessary to be successful professionals. We look forward to them representing Holy Family and their families well as they move on to the next stage of their lives.”
Matthew Weed was presented the Pennsylvania Institute for Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Award for Excellence in Accounting Studies and the award for Outstanding Performance on the Comprehensive Business Examination.
Jamie Anhalt was presented the ACBSP Student Leadership Award while Nicholas Hormann was named the Finance Graduate of the Year.
The Best Team Performance in a Management Simulation went to Leanny Garcia, Cynthia Peralta, Gabriella Pristera, and Anhalt.
The Business Society Leadership Award was presented to Marisa Tetkowski.
Joseph Barkley was honored with the Outstanding Adjunct Award.
