HFU Art Gallery Announces 2018-19 Exhibition Schedule

PamFlynn

Pamela Flynn, Professor of Art and Coordinator of Fine Arts, has announced the 2018-19 Holy Family University Art Gallery schedule. She will be welcoming a diverse selection of artists from around the country to share their visual voices at the art gallery and with the HFU community.

"The Art Gallery is excited to exhibit five professional artists this academic year who are working in a diverse range of materials and imagery,” Flynn said. “Ed Smith is a sculptor who casts his powerful figurative pieces in bronze while Gary Sczerbaniewicz makes wonderful ‘architectural spaces’ that are wall hanging. Jonathon Frey connects graphic design imagery with academic research and has an important project on guns in America. Johanna Warwick’s photographs explore process and culture and Lauren Scavo will exhibit delicate landscape drawings that are process intense."

The University Art Gallery is located on the Lower Level of the Education & Technology Center on the University’s Northeast Philadelphia campus. All exhibits are free and open to the public. The Gallery is open Monday through Friday, from 8 am - 8 pm.
