Holy Family University will host the Tri-State Teaching and Learning Consortium Spring Meeting on Friday, February 5 from 11 am – 2 pm. The meeting will focus on how Center for Teaching and Learning Directors can assess the effectiveness of the center and use their data to tell the center's story. The facilitator for this discussion will be Angela Linse, Executive Director and Associate Dean of the Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence at Pennsylvania State University.
The Tri-State Teaching and Learning Consortium is composed of faculty, deans, and directors of Teaching and Learning Centers in colleges and universities from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware who meet regionally to discuss best practices and faculty development issues.
“Holy Family University joined the consortium in 2015 as part of its process of developing a Center for Teaching and Learning at HFU,” said Dr. Nicole Stokes-DuPass, Associate Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences. “We are very excited to host this group of 25 faculty, deans, and directors representing colleges and universities from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington D.C., and Maryland who will share their expertise with us as Holy Family University embarks on this exciting new endeavor.”
