With our convenient locations and comfortable, fully equipped facilities, we are able to offer preferred venues for business or professional groups that require clean, organized, secure premises in greater Philadelphia.
Whether your organization wishes to host intimate, single-occasion events or large multi-day conferences, we can help. Our relationships with surrounding hotels enable clients to hold successful meetings of all sizes for guests from out of town, and HFU’s experienced staff planners are available and at your service.

Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance of date needed. This is a request only. You will receive a confirmation if your request has been approved within seven working days.
Catering requests and set-up requests will follow after your room is confirmed.
