Internal Event Request Form

(for Holy Family Faculty, Staff, and Student Organizations)

Please complete this form to submit your request to reserve a room at least two weeks in advance of your event or meeting. Your request will be reviewed within five business days, and you will receive a response confirming or denying your request.

Catering, setup, and technology requests will be handled after your reservation is confirmed.
