Holy Family University's media relations staff is housed within the Office of Marketing & Communications. The Media Relations team manages the University’s interactions with online, print and broadcast media, which includes photography, and videography. Its primary role is to promote the University’s mission and its scholarly research and achievements and to assist journalists who seek information about the University and members of the campus community.
Media relations staff facilitate media access to Holy Family University's campus, faculty, staff and students and offer a wide variety of news resources to journalists.
The University must be advised of members of the media who wish to gain access to commonly requested locations on campus, and all members of the press, photographers and film crews should contact the media relations staff to secure media access before proceeding to film or photograph.

Marketing & Communications
The Marketing & Communications Department works to elevate Holy Family's reputation as a top Catholic, liberal arts university in the Philadelphia region and to build strong relationships between the University and its constituencies. Working collaboratively with all offices across campus, Marketing & Communications offers a range of award-winning services with which to share University news and developments. These services include advertising, copywriting & editing, electronic outreach, strategic communications planning, media relations, photography, and print and web design.
Well-executed marketing communications materials are the result of a strong partnership between creative thinking and thorough research. We produce hundreds of communications projects annually, which include marketing campaigns, annual reports, web content, social networking, e-mails, photography, brochures, booklets, billboards, magazine and newspaper ads, event programs, postcards, posters, bus wraps, invitations, T-shirts, and television and radio spots. We assist with everything our community needs to recruit students, engage alumni, and place Holy Family University's stories and achievements in the spotlight.
Our design and content services are provided at no cost to University faculty and staff. However, there may be production costs to printed materials. If your project requires photographs, we have an extensive collection of campus and stock photography from which to choose.
