First-year and New Student Housing
New students to Holy Family University receive housing information upon their admission to the University with their Admissions Acceptance Package from the Office of Admissions. All first-year and new students must apply for housing through the University's admissions process. Housing deposits ($300) are required of all new resident students. The Office of Residence Life makes every attempt to honor the student's request(s), but requests are not guaranteed. We take into consideration all requests listed on your Housing & Meal Plan Application.

For Current Holy Family Residents and/ or Commuter Students
During the Spring semester, current resident students who desire housing for the upcoming academic year have the opportunity to select their room and roommate during the Room Selection Process. Any student that does not submit their completed Room Selection materials and/or pay all applicable deposits by the established deadline will not be able to participate in the Room Selection Process. Students who fail to apply or deposit by the established deadline will be placed once the official Room Selection Process has ended. This placement will only be based on availability at that time.
