In the event that inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control requires that this event be canceled, all attendees will be notified by email with further information and instructions. In the event of a cancellation, any fees paid in advance would be eligible for a refund.
Driving Directions to Holy Family are available at: https://www.holyfamily.edu/about-holy-family-u/our-campuses-in-philadelphia/directions-maps. SEPTA Route 66 and Route 84 buses both have stops at Frankford and Grant Avenues. The SEPTA regional rail Trenton line stops at the Torresdale Station (Grant Avenue and State Road), which is within walking distance of the University.
Parking is free and will be available in the lots along Stevenson Lane, Nazareth Academy High School.
For families and guests with accessibility needs, there will be a limited number of handicap spaces and shuttles, if needed. Our parking attendants will be able to instruct you and provide options when you arrive. If you have any questions or concerns about special accommodations, please contact email@example.com.
While some seating will be available, we invite you to bring your own chairs or picnic blankets to the event. There are plenty of grassy areas to sit down, enjoy your food, catch up with friends, and most of all, cheer on the Holy Family Tigers!
The afternoon festivities will be located in the parking lot between the Stevenson Lane Residence dormitory and the soccer field. The Alumni Athletics Night event will be held at Chickie's and Pete's on Roosevelt Boulevard at 11000 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19116 (view map).
Holy Family University's Alumni Association invites all alumni, faculty, and staff members to reconnect with friends and fellow classmates in the alumni beer garden at Homecoming 2019!
Admission is only for HFU Alumni, faculty, and staff plus one guest and costs $10 per person, paid and pre-registered in advance. Admission is $20 if purchased on the day of Homecoming, if space permits. All attendees will receive a wristband for a maximum of three beers, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, fun and games, an opportunity to watch the soccer games, as well as a commemorative Homecoming mug.
All pre-registered guests will be verified by the Alumni Office and listed with security at the entrance of the alumni beer garden. Representatives from the Advancement Office will verify the alumni status of anyone who registers on the day of Homecoming.
All alumni beer garden attendees must be able to show a government-issued ID (driver's license, state photo identity card, or passport) to verify that he or she is 21 years of age or older. Students, guests under 21, children, and those without proper identification will not be permitted access to the alumni beer garden.
Holy Family’s Athletics Department invites all former athletes to end the day's celebration with a free buffet reception and cash bar at Chickie's and Pete's on Roosevelt Boulevard. Admission will be free for all alumni athletes who attend the afternoon Homecoming activities. (Must check-in at Homecoming to pick-up free ticket). Tickets for guests and for those paying at the door cost $25 per person.
