Holy Family University Transcript Fees & Procedures

Requests must be made in writing with the student's name, social security number or holyfamily ID number, last date of attendance, destination of transcript with full address, payment and signature of student.

Transcript Fees

  • $4 per electronic or paper transcript
  • $10 same day service (pick up)
  • *$25 same day service and Fed Ex

* - Additional charges may apply

Transcripts will not be released if the student has any outstanding debts in the Business Office or Library.

Official transcripts are mailed or emailed directly to the receiving agency. Student copies are provided to the student for personal use and will not have the official University stamp or Registrar's signature.

Transcripts will not be released to third parties without the written consent of the student.
