Keely Milbourne has worked in higher education and disability services for six years. She comes from Delaware Technical Community College, where she served as Assistant to the ADA Disabilities Services Counselor and oversaw the fulfillment of student accommodations and accessibility. Keely was also an instructor of Psychology, Sociology, and First Year Experience Courses; served as a classroom assistant to students with disabilities; and worked at a therapeutic center for youth facing neurological differences. Keely’s education comes from The Evergreen State College, in Olympia, Washington, where she studied Developmental and Social Psychology as well as Alternative Education Methods.

Susan received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Temple University. Prior to coming to Holy Family University, she worked as a Philadelphia Police Officer for 25 years. After retirement, she was employed as a Call Center Member Service Representative and then as a Scheduler/ Closer for a mortgage company. Thereafter, she was hired by Holy Family University as a Public Safety Officer for four years where she maintained a safe and secure environment for our students, faculty, staff and visitors. Today, Susan is eagerly committed while working as the Executive Secretary for Student Life serving the needs of the students, staff and faculty, whether it is in the Counseling Center, Campus Ministry, Disability Services, Health Services, during Student Life Events or completing administrative responsibilities.
