COVID-19 Updates

Holy Family University looks forward to welcoming everyone safely back to campus for the Spring 2021 semester!

Our top priority is ensuring the health and safety of the University community, and we have developed a comprehensive “Return to Campus Spring 2021” Plan which should be downloaded and read in its entirety. The guide was developed in accordance with guidelines and protocols from the CDC, the Commonwealth of PA, and the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Public Health.

The most important element of the Plan is Section II, outlining all the safety protocols in place throughout the campus. It will be essential for everyone at the University to read this in advance of coming to campus. Among the most important elements are:

  • Masks must be worn at all times throughout the campus, except while eating or drinking.
  • We are adhering to maintaining strict 6-ft. social distancing throughout the campus.
  • Although we understand mistakes can be made, we have instituted a zero-tolerance policy for anyone not following our extensive health and safety guidelines.

Mask Policy
Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn at all times by faculty, staff, and students. Masks are required in all campus buildings, facilities, and shared spaces, indoors and outdoors throughout our campus locations. Wearing a mask is one of the most important steps you can take to reduce the spread of COVID-19, even if you don’t feel sick.
We strongly encourage you to download the Return to Campus Spring 2021 Plan and review it in its entirety.
