I have over thirty-five years of professional business experience originating in public accounting primarily in taxation and audit at KPMG, and a business career including corporate turnarounds, two successful start-ups, general corporate management in manufacturing environments, and complex financing arrangements that include two initial public offerings, one of which was through the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, I have done expert witness work both domestic and international, and founded and expanded a consulting company specializing in business turnarounds, acquisitions, restructuring and valuation.
