Parking Regulations
All automobiles must be registered with Public Safety.
Commuter students (non-residents) and resident students should refer to the parking assignments for lot designations. New or updated hang tags are required.
New students must register their vehicles before the start of a semester and have a new parking permit issued (students will need to have their license plate numbers and their cars' year, make, model, and color. The University assumes no responsibility for property loss, damage, or personal injury. Please call 267-341-3361 for questions or more information.
Parking Assignments
- Staff: All staff must park off campus. The back row alongside the Holy Family property at St. Katherine’s is available if there is no event. Staff may also park in the auxiliary lot (AUX) at 568 Bristol Pike in Bensalem. A shuttle will make continuous runs between the AUX lot and the Saint Joseph’s Hall shuttle stop on weekdays from 6:30–9:15 a.m. and 3:30–6:15 p.m.
- Faculty: Faculty may park only in ETC (#2), Library (#4), and Alpha House (#5) lots. They may not park in Zones 2 or 3.
- Residents: Residential students may park only in Zone 3 lots which include Stevenson Lane Hall (#9), Delaney (#10), Pathway (#11) and the Garden Residence (#12). They may not park in in Campus Center lot (#6).
- Commuters (Non-Resident): Commuter students may park only in Zone 2 lots, which include Campus Center (#6) and Fieldhouse (#8).
- Contract Employees: Metz, Doyle, and Slingshot employees must park in the Library lot (#4).
- Marian Hall: Several staff that need daily access to their cars due to their roles may park in the Marian Hall (#1) including all VPs. These staff will be notified directly. The remaining spots can be used by authorized visitors.
- Gym: Staff that are eligible to park in the Gym lot (#7) have been notified directly.
- Maintenance Vehicles: Maintenance staff must park their personal vehicles in the AUX and use maintenance vehicles for daily campus duties. These vehicles are allowed on campus during the day in designated spots and must be parked in the AUX at night.
- Reserved Spaces including Admissions: Spots are reserved for specific purposes, including admissions in the ETC lot, and are not available for general parking. Compliance will continue to be enforced by Public Safety.
- Handicap Parking: These spaces remain available and compliance will continue to be enforced by Public Safety.
