Dr. Alessi currently serves as the Director of Graduate Business Programs, as well as an assistant professor in the School of Business and Technology at Holy Family University . She earned my Doctorate in Educational Leadership and my Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in organizational leadership and development from Wilkes University and a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in management and marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
