Courtney Kless is currently an Adjunct Professor at Holy Family University since Fall 2025. Born and raised in New Jersey, she is a true 'Jersey girl' who loves the beach, and was a former swimmer in high school and college. Courtney graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education along with a minor in Autism Studies. She furthered her career to become a BCBA and attended Ball State University where she earned her Masters degree. She currently resides in New Jersey with her family. Previously a teacher, she is now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD as well as other developmental disabilities within the school and home settings. She is passionate about working collaboratively with teams to ensure student success and always looking to enhance and add parent involvement opportunities within programming. When she is not working, she enjoys completing 1000 piece puzzles as well as reading a good book!
