- Answer incoming phone calls
- Help students set up advising appointments
- Assist advisors with projects
- Provide support in social media platforms
- Interact with guests in the space
- Potential for crossover with Tiger Tutoring Student Support

- Current full-time undergraduate student of the university.
- Must have the skills and knowledge to perform the aforementioned duties.
