Please complete the following form to request a copy of your report card. Only grades for the previous semester can be requested. The report card will be sent to your address on file at Holy Family University. Your request will be processed within two business days.
If you wish to change your address and personal information, you can do so by submitting a Notification Form for Change of Information to the Registrar's email (Registrar@holyfamily.edu). After your address has been changed, you can request a copy of your report card.”
Grades will not be sent if there are any holds on your account.
You can also view your grades through Self-Service on Holy Family University's Web site.
The official academic document is Holy Family University's transcript. A transcript can be requested via our Web site or at the Registrar's Office in Holy Family Hall, room 205.
