Executive Search: Vice President for Advancement
Holy Family University is seeking a dynamic and personable Vice President for Advancement to provide a strategic voice and coordinated approach to the creation, articulation, and implementation of the University's institutional advancement, development, and alumni relations goals and objectives. The Vice President works with all University constituencies and advisory boards as well as a broad array of external stakeholders to achieve goals of the strategic advancement plan.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
Holy Family University has taken an important step in protecting our community with the requirement of the COVID-19 vaccination and booster is required for all students, faculty, and staff. Requiring the vaccine and booster will allow us to provide the experience our students expect at Holy Family University, one that is student-centered, individualized, and manifested through highly engaged curricular and co-curricular experiences.
While Holy Family University recognizes the personal and communal health benefits of vaccination, the University also respects the individual beliefs and personal circumstances of all members of our community and will review all applications to request exemptions for medical and religious reasons. Even if granted an exemption, continued mask-wearing and other safety protocols will be required.
Pre-employment, post-offer background investigations are required for all new hires as a condition of employment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion and the University accepting the results of the background investigation.
