VA Submission Form

All students that will be using VA benefits must submit this form before the School Certifying Official will submit certifications to the VA.  Please note that a separate submission must be submitted for each term that you are registered for.   In addition, if you are dropping and adding classes at any time, you must submit this form with the new credit total listed.  Please enter all of information below.
