Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that students learn best when education is relevant, empowering, and connected to real life. Health promotion and health psychology are not abstract disciplines—they shape how people understand their bodies, behaviors, and communities. My goal is to help students see themselves not just as learners of health science, but as agents of change in their own lives and in the populations they will serve.
