Vice President for Advancement
Helene Baczkowski serves as vice president for university advancement at Holy Family, where she leads all fundraising efforts, alumni engagement and donor relations in support of the University’s mission and strategic priorities.
Baczkowski brings more than two decades of leadership experience in advancement across higher education and the nonprofit sector. She came to Holy Family in 2023, to help strengthen and expand the advancement team with a focus on increasing the university's overall philanthropic capacity by launching their first comprehensive campaign, BOLD VISION - Empowering Students, Transforming Lives. To date, BOLD VISION has raised more than $21 million.
Previously she served as the Director of Development at CORA Services, a Philadelphia-based organization dedicated to providing services for children and families, and as the Director of Annual Giving and the Director of Major Gifts at La Salle University. Known for her collaborative leadership style and enthusiasm for mission-driven work, Helene is committed to expanding Holy Family’s fundraising capabilities and positioning the University for long-term success.
Helene earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from La Salle University and also holds a master’s degree in business administration from La Salle. She is currently enrolled in Holy Family’s Educational & Organizational Leadership doctorate program.
