Edward P. Wright joined Holy Family University in August 2022 as vice president for enrollment management. He brings more than a decade of experience in student recruitment, enrollment strategy, and mission-driven admissions leadership.

Before coming to Holy Family, Wright served as director of undergraduate admission at Neumann University for five years. Under his leadership, Neumann achieved consistent enrollment growth and national recognition, including multiple College of Distinction designations and consecutive appearances on Phi Theta Kappa’s Transfer Honor Roll. He also served on the Strategic Planning Assessment Team and contributed to institutional advancement through data-driven recruitment strategies.

At Holy Family, Wright leads the University’s enrollment management efforts. He oversees our areas of undergraduate admissions, graduate and adult admissions, financial aid, career development services, educational and corporate partnerships, and new student orientation.

Wright is active in several professional organizations and currently serves on the board of directors for Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls and as a trustee for the Foundation of ACPA - College Student Educators International. 

He holds a Master of Science in college student personnel administration from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Science in theology and criminal justice/sociology from Mount St. Mary’s University.
