The Recruitment Exchange is Holy Family University's premier networking and recruiting series designed to connect students directly with employers, alumni, and industry professionals. These events provide students with valuable opportunities to build professional networks, explore career paths, learn about internships and employment opportunities, and engage in meaningful conversations with recruiters and hiring managers.

By creating a welcoming environment for relationship-building and career exploration, The Recruitment Exchange helps bridge the gap between classroom learning and career success while strengthening connections between Holy Family University and the employer community.

The Career Collective

The Career Collective is a dynamic professional development workshop series offering concise, high-impact 20-minute sessions throughout the semester. Designed to fit busy student schedules, these workshops focus on essential career-readiness topics that prepare students for success in college and beyond.

Topics include Resume Revival, Dress to Impress, AI in Career Development, Salary Negotiation Strategies, Job Search Strategies That Work, Career Planning for Graduate Students, Elevator Pitch Development, Why High-Impact Internships Matter When Searching for a Placement, Remote vs. On-Site Internships and Careers, and many other relevant professional development subjects.

Through practical advice, actionable strategies, and career-focused learning, The Career Collective empowers students to develop the skills, confidence, and professional competencies needed to successfully navigate today's evolving workforce.

Together, The Recruitment Exchange and The Career Collective create a comprehensive approach to career readiness by combining employer engagement, networking opportunities, career education, and professional skill development to support student success and post-graduation outcomes.
