Please allow us at least two weeks to process your request. Lists requested for solicitation purposes will not be approved without being coordinated through the Office of University Advancement. Requests by student organizations must be submitted by their faculty moderator.
As our alumni records are being constantly updated, the list may only be used once and cannot be retained for future use. Lists will be sent via email as a Microsoft Excel file.

In the boxes below, please describe the group of alumni to be selected for your list request. For example, all alumni who graduated in 2014 from the School of Business Administration with a Master of Business Administration degree and live in the state of New Jersey.
Note: alumni who are deceased, lost, or have requested not to be contacted will be excluded from your list.
Each file you upload below should be no larger than 2.5 MB in file size. The following file types are acceptable: doc, docx, pdf, gif, jpg, png
To ensure the confidentiality of our alumni data, I agree that the list I receive will only be used once for the purpose described above, will not be retained for future use, and will not be shared with any third party. I will share any returned mail and other updates received with Janet Linaweaver, Advancement Services Manager, to maintain the integrity of Holy Family’s alumni database.
