Job Description:

Assist with sorting and delivering mail by department and/or employee.  Pick up departmental mail from 2nd floor offices in Holy Family Hall. Answer phones, take clear messages and relay messages to the mailroom supervisor.  Monitor mailroom in the absence of the mailroom supervisor.

Qualifications:

Good communication skills, ability to sort and distribute mail, ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions, ability to complete projects in a timely matter, ability to answer the phone.
