Job Description:

 The HFU IT Helpdesk Federal Work-Study Student will provide basic IT support in person and over the phone to the HFU campus community.

  • Perform routine audit and maintenance (classroom projectors, computers, display screens etc.)
  • Assist with moving and deploying PC’s as requested – ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Organizing AV and IT equipment in department closets.
  • Routine clerical and computer tasks.
  • Answer and provide phone support as needed.
  • Respond to assigned low level helpdesk requests.
  • Provide AV support to the HFU campus events.
  • Learn and expand valuable technical, customer service and teaming skill. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Helpdesk Services
Qualifications:
  • IT major students (Mostly Preferred)
  • Commitment to the Holy Family University mission.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required & Accountable to Maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
