Job Description:
  • Answer and provide phone support related to student accounts, billing, and payments.
  • Provide accurate information about tuition, fees, payment plans, and financial aid.
  • Assist students with account inquiries, refunds, and payment processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and account updates.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Stay informed about institutional policies and student services.
  • Routine clerical and computer tasks.
  • Respond to assigned requests.
  • Phone screening, and handling voicemails.
  • File student records and interact with guests to the office.
Qualifications:
  • Commitment to the Holy Family University mission.
  • Customer service or call center experience in an office environment.
  • Familiarity with student financial services.
  • Basic knowledge of computers systems, or student information systems (e.g., Colleague, PeopleSoft).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required and accountable to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, dependable.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
