Drive-By Collection Medical Supplies for Project C.U.R.E.
This event is sponsored by the Frankford Northeast Philadelphia Rotary Club and Holy Family University
The Frankford Northeast Philadelphia Rotary Club and Holy Family University and will sponsor a Drive-By Collection of medical supplies that will be shipped by Project C.U.R.E. (Commission on Urgent Relief and Equipment) to countries around the world where adequate medical supplies are not available for proper intervention, wound-care, and other health recovery support.
When: Thursday, June 17, 2021, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Where: Outside of the Campus Center at Holy Family University
(Frankford Avenue and E. Stevenson Lane - GPS address 9801 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114)
Donations
Donations will be accepted in person throughout the day. Donations that will be accepted include:
- CPAP and Nebulizer machines less than 5 years old
- Blood Pressure Machines/Cuff
- Stethoscopes
- Medical and Wound Care Supplies
- Adult Briefs with/without tabs
- Chux
- Osteomy Supplies
- Urinary Catheters
- Respiratory Supplies
- Nebulizer Supplies
- Dental Supplies
Our Drive-by Collection will accept the full list of Acceptable Supplies with the following exceptions: no bed linens and towels, and no bedpans and urinals. We are also not able to accept anything from the list of EQUIPMENT, but anyone who wishes to donate something on that list may bring their donations south via I-95 directly to Project C.U.R.E. Donors will have the option of completing a form requesting tax deductible documentation that Project C.U.R.E. will send to you.
We cannot accept used or contaminated supplies.
