Holy Family University and Father Judge High School announced a new partnership today that will provide Father Judge students with the opportunity to earn an associate’s degree while still in high school. This innovative collaboration underscores both institutions' commitment to expanding academic opportunities for students and preparing them for future success in higher education and beyond.

The partnership includes three key components:

  1. Admissions and Scholarship Opportunities – Father Judge students will have guaranteed admission to Holy Family University upon graduation, provided they meet GPA requirements. Additionally, application fees will be waived.
  2. Credit Courses – Students can enroll in dual-credit courses that count toward both high school and college credits, giving them a head start on their college journey.
  3. Continuing Education – Faculty and staff from Father Judge will have access to professional development and degree programs at Holy Family University.

Dr. Anne Prisco, President of Holy Family University, shared her enthusiasm for the partnership: "This collaboration with Father Judge High School reflects our mutual dedication to fostering educational excellence. By providing students with the chance to earn college credits while in high school, we are not only supporting their academic ambitions but also ensuring that they have the tools they need for long-term success. We look forward to seeing these students thrive in their studies and future careers."

“This partnership between Father Judge High School and Holy Family University will continue to grow the diverse and extensive offerings provided by the administration and faculty at 3301 Solly Avenue,” said William Brannick, Superintendent of Secondary Schools and Schools of special education.

“This unique and new opportunity for our students will allow them to earn a college degree while completing their required high school curriculum”, said James Hozier, Principal of Father Judge High School. “This partnership with Holy Family will push our students ahead of their counterparts in other High Schools, giving them an opportunity to truly take on the highest level of academic rigor while using our Salesian Model to develop and evolve into their best versions of themselves. All this while keeping their education affordable, saving them thousands of dollars in post-secondary education.”

This collaboration reinforces the commitment of both Father Judge High School and Holy Family University to provide students with access to advanced educational programs that prepare them for college and career success.
