The MBA program at Holy Family University is an accelerated program for students seeking to enhance their knowledge and advance their careers.

Program Overview

The MBA program is a writing and project intensive experience that utilizes the case study methodology. Students may be able to complete the program in as little as 10 months as a full-time student or five semesters as a part-time student.

The program is offered in an online format with eight-week terms.

Students may choose one concentration, consisting of three courses, of either Finance, Health Care Administration, Human Resource Management, or Leadership.

  • BUS 540 Organizational Behavior
  • MGT 511 Financial Decision Making
  • MGT 521 Marketing Management
  • MGT 541 Leadership and Change Management
  • MGT 542 Accounting for Managers
  • MGT 550 Strategic Management

Three elective courses (9 credits) in one of the following concentrations:

  • Administration
  • Finance
  • Healthcare Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Leadership

Admission requirements:

  • A completed online application
  • Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended
  • Current resume
  • Professional statement of your professional goals
  • Applicants will be evaluated for foundational knowledge in the following areas: accounting, economics, management, and statistics. An earned undergraduate degree in business will fulfill this requirement. Competencies may be fulfilled through previous academic and/or work experiences that will be determined at the discretion of the program director.
