Do you know an outstanding Holy Family alum leader? The Alumni Association is seeking alumni with a strong commitment to Holy Family University to help lead our association and university into the future.
About the Alumni Association Board
The Alumni Association Board of Directors provides wisdom, advocacy, and a deep connection to Holy Family University's history and tradition. Board members are actively involved in committees and serve as ambassadors for the university’s mission and values. Each Director plays a crucial role in strengthening the relationship between Holy Family and our graduates, ensuring mutual growth and success.
The Alumni Association is governed by the Board of Directors, which includes a President, Vice President, Secretary, and additional Directors. The Board meets at least four times per year and hosts annual events and reunion opportunities. The Board also raises funds for the Alumni Association Scholarship and other projects that support the University community and its alumni.
Board members are expected to:
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled meetings
- Attend at least two alumni events and at least one Office of Admissions event per academic year
- Actively serve on at least one standing committee
- Actively recruit new alumni volunteers through personal interaction, including attendance at alumni events, and outreach to Board candidates and prospective members
- Make a personal contribution to the University during each academic fiscal year (July 1 to June 30)

Board Eligibility
Active alumni may pursue candidacy for a seat on the Board of Directors or may be recruited by the Alumni Association based on a recommendation from a member of the Association, University faculty, or administration.
To be considered for nomination, re-nomination, appointment, or retention as a Board member, you must currently be a financial contributor to the University.
The Alumni Association strives to recruit a diverse group of alumni who represent a variety of graduating classes, degrees, fields of concentration, and geographic locations when considering prospective members for the Board.
