Holy Family University students may choose from three well-equipped residence halls, complete with amenities to ensure a comfortable living experience on campus. First-year students and beyond may select St. Joseph Hall or Stevenson Lane, while the Garden Apartments are available to students beyond their first year.

Stevenson Lane Residence

Stevenson Lane Residence is Holy Family University's newest residential building. Featuring suite-style living, this facility houses 4-5 students per suite, and offers the following amenities:

St. Joseph Hall

St. Joseph Hall is located in the center of the Holy Family University campus. With new renovations, St. Joseph Hall currently offers single-only options, and is open to all students, as available.

Garden Residence

The Garden Residence is located on Grant Avenue near the Torresdale train station. The Garden Residence offers apartment-style living with double and single room options.

All apartments are single-gender with co-ed towers. The Garden Residence offers the following amenities:
