Our accounting students are prepared to enter the profession of accounting with strong technical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills by our faculty, who blend their business experience with theory and practice in the classroom. Students thrive in a small, challenging learning environment that supports student personal and professional goals. The accounting faculty advisors work closely with students in the coordination of their concentrations and minors providing support that is in accord with student goals.

Additionally, Holy Family accounting majors can minor in several subjects including Business Intelligence adding a comprehensive technical component to their major concentration, expanding career possibilities.

CPA Track

The Holy Family accounting program provides students who wish to pursue the CPA certification with the 120 credit-hours needed to sit for the CPA exam and additional credits in elective courses to reach the 150 credit-hours required by most states, for CPA Licensure.

Internship Opportunities

While completing their coursework, our students have the opportunity to gain real-world experience by integrating their classroom experience with practical experience through Holy Family’s Internship program.
