Office of Student Accounts

The staff of the Office of Student Accounts provides professional and cost-effective customer service to students, their families, and the Holy Family community, in reference to billing statements, refunds, bookstore credits, payment plans, and flex dollars.

Office Hours

  • Monday & Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
