Media Relations & Media Access Policy
Holy Family University values its relationships with the news media and welcomes the role it plays in sharing the stories of the University’s students, faculty, staff, and community. The Office of Marketing & Communications is dedicated to providing accurate and timely information, assisting journalists, connecting them with the President’s Office and faculty experts, and offering resources that support compelling and responsible coverage of the University. To ensure the safety, privacy, and integrity of the campus community, all media representatives are required to follow the guidelines below.
Working with the Media Relations Team
- Members of the media — including reporters, photographers, videographers, web and social media content creators, and other representatives — must request permission in advance before coming to Holy Family University’s Philadelphia or Newtown campuses.
- Our media relations staff will coordinate access, provide official University credentials, and assist in arranging interviews, photography, or filming.
- For the privacy and safety of our campus community, unauthorized media activity is not permitted.
Connecting with Faculty Experts
Holy Family University faculty are leaders across a wide range of disciplines. The Office of Media Relations facilitates connections with faculty who can provide insights, commentary, and context on timely issues and areas of scholarship.
